Genius Vinyls and Services

By engaging in any service or making a purchase from Genius Vinyls and Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Completion and Collection

  • Once a product or service (e.g., vehicle wrap, signage, uniforms) is completed and full payment is received, customers will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of order.

  • Customers are required to collect their completed orders within sixty (60) days of receiving notification.

  • Genius Vinyls and Services is not responsible for any damage, loss, or disposal of uncollected items after this 60-day period.

  • Items not collected within the timeframe may be subject to additional storage fees or forfeiture at our discretion.

2. Paid Orders Not Collected

  • All payments made for completed services are non-refundable.

  • If a fully paid order is not collected within the 60-day window, no refunds or credits will be issued.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for timely collection or to submit a written request for an extension (which is subject to approval by Genius Vinyls and Services).

3. Warranty on Wrapping Services

We provide a 1-year warranty on all vinyl wrap services, covering the following installation-related issues under normal use conditions:

  • Peeling or lifting due to installation error

  • Premature fading or bubbling

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or third-party interference

  • Issues caused by improper cleaning or failure to follow maintenance instructions

  • Wear and tear from environmental exposure or negligent vehicle care

  • Damage caused by chemical products applied to the wrap

Important:

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period and must include clear visual evidence of the issue.

  • All warranty-related services must be carried out by Genius Vinyls and Services. Any repair or modification by a third party will void the warranty.

4. General Terms

  • By placing an order or purchasing a service from Genius Vinyls and Services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • Genius Vinyls and Services reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
